How to cook black rice
You will need – 1 glass of black rice, 3 glasses of water
1. Pour black rice into a bowl.
2. Pour water over the black rice so that the water completely covers the black rice.
3. Cover the rice and leave to soak for 10 hours.
4. Drain off the water.
5. Pour water into a saucepan – 3 cups of water for 1 cup of black rice.
6. Put a saucepan with water on fire, bring water to a boil and salt.
7. Add rice to a saucepan with water, cover the saucepan with a lid and cook the rice for 40 minutes over low heat.

Black rice is mixed with other types of rice, as it has a tough herbaceous structure that does not change even after soaking. Usually take 1-1 tablespoons of black rice for 2 cup of ordinary rice.
