1. Fresh beef, ideally young with a good flavor, should be rinsed in cool water. After that, thoroughly clean the piece of excess components (veins and blood) and cut into small pieces. Meat for children should not be pickled in any way, and in order to give it a flavor, it is better to use not coarsely chopped vegetables.

2. Pour the required amount of water into a saucepan, at least 1 liter per pound of meat, and add the meat, then send it to the fire.

 

3. It is desirable for the child to use the second broth, it is lighter and not very rich. After waiting for the meat to boil, collect the resulting foam and drain the first broth. After that, add 2 liters of water again, plus onion and carrots, and send everything to the fire.

4. Salt water, about 10 grams per 2 liters of water. Cook a piece for at least an hour, portioned cubes – 40 minutes.

5. Check the readiness of the meat with a toothpick. If you see that it is not ready, you must continue cooking for 10 minutes.

6. Ready beef is served to the child cold, finely chopped or pureed, it all depends on the child’s age.

When cooking, you can safely experiment with the amount of vegetables and their variety for flavor. After putting all the products in a multicooker, fill with water. It is necessary that the water covers the food by at least 1 centimeter. We select the “Stew” mode and cook the meat for 40-60 minutes.
