Talkan in the form of porridge is prepared as follows: for 1 portion in 0,5 cups of water, gradually add 2-3 tablespoons of dry cereal. Add a little salt, cook until soft and the cereal swells. If there is no problem of excess weight, you can add milk, cream, butter. After cooking, let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
For a healthy warming drink, 2 heaping teaspoons of talkan are diluted in hot milk or tea and added at night. An ideal drink at night.
For a cleanser, soak 2 tablespoons in kefir for 5 minutes, and for breakfast, talkan can be soaked in drinking yogurt.
Talkan is also used as an ingredient in a salad: soak a quarter of a glass of talkan in a quarter of a glass of boiling water and stir. Can be used in salads instead of rice.
