Before eating mushrooms, they almost always need to be boiled, and always in salted water. It is added to taste, or guided by recipes. For every kilogram of honey agarics in the cooking process, you need to throw a spoonful of table salt without a slide. If the mushrooms are planned to be pickled, or other preparations for the winter will be made from them, then more salt should be added – 1,5 tablespoons per kilogram. If, after boiling, the mushrooms will still be fried or stewed, then you can salt a little less at the first stage of cooking. Each hostess knows her measure. If you are in doubt about the amount of salt, then add it a little, not all at once.

Important! If you soaked honey mushrooms in highly salted water, then during cooking you should put less salt so that the final dish is not oversalted. Or, if you salt honey mushrooms for the winter, keep in mind that salt is also added to the marinade.
