How long dorado to cook?

Before cooking, peel the dorado from the scales, but do not remove the skin, gut it. Put the whole dorado carcass in a saucepan with boiling water, add spices and salt, cook for 10 minutes. Or boil the dorado in its own juice, tightly tying the fish with spices in a plastic bag. Steam – in a slow cooker and a double boiler – cook the gilthead for 15 minutes.

Dorado and shrimp soup

Products

Dorado – 1 fish

Peeled shrimps – 400 grams

Onions – 1 head

Garlic – 2 prongs

Potatoes – 400 grams

Lemon – 1 piece

How to make dorado soup with shrimp

Clean the Dorado from bones, remove the head. Cook the bones and head of the fish for 30 minutes, then remove the head and bones. Add salt and seasoning.

Peel and chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it for 5 minutes. Chop and chop the garlic, add to the onion and fry for another 2 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the saucepan with the dorado broth.

Cut the dorado into 2 centimeter cubes and add to the saucepan. Cook for about 5 minutes more.

Add shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with lemon juice.

 

Dorado soup with vegetables

Products

Dorado – 1 fish

Shallots – 100 grams

Celery – 150 grams

Zucchini – 1 medium-sized zucchini

Potato – 3 medium potatoes

Tomatoes – 3 pieces

Greens – 30 grams

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Bay leaf – to taste

How to cook soup with dorado and vegetables

Separate the bones and head from the gilthead. Cook the bones and head for 30 minutes, then remove the bones and head.

Peel and chop the onion, finely chop the celery, peel and chop the potatoes and zucchini.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add onion, fry for 5 minutes. Add celery, fry for another 5 minutes.

Add fried vegetables to a saucepan, potatoes and zucchini to them.

Chop the fish and add to the soup, then add the chopped tomatoes. Serve soup with chopped herbs.
