How to cook basmati rice
You will need – 1 glass of basmati, 3 glasses of water
1. Sort the basmati rice, put in a fine sieve. Rinse under running water for so long that the water becomes clear. Only cold water is needed for rinsing, hot starch blinds and, accordingly, makes the rice sticky.
2. Put the basmati in a deep container, pour 500 ml of water. Leave in this state for 1 hour.
