How is the 2-week quarantine due to coronavirus

For the safety of the population, all people who have been in close contact with coronavirus patients are placed in medical isolation wards. But what is happening within the walls of specialized hospitals? The sculptor Aidan Salakhova revealed the inside of this “confinement”.

On March 11, the artist returned from Italy to Moscow. Observing safety rules, Aidan decided to isolate herself and sit at home for 14 days. Having gained impressions during the trip, she asked her Facebook subscribers to be more attentive to their health.

Soon, Salakhova received an SMS notifying that there were passengers with coronavirus on the plane on which she was returning home.

“On the flight from Bologna, which departed at 23:45 pm, there were 2 people infected with the corona. Our services, unlike the Italian ones, work well, ”Aidan said.

The doctors came to the artist within 15 minutes after the SMS and took her for observation at the hospital №40 in the Tsaritsyno district.

“If there were no sick people on the flight, I would have been quarantined at home, but now I have to be here. During registration, all things were sent for processing and all items, phones, iPads, etc. were disinfected, ”Aidan said a little later.

The first day of quarantine began with tests: already at 9 am, doctors came to Aidan’s ward. During the isolation period, the sculptor’s blood will be taken 3 times for research.

And for breakfast, the artist was treated to millet porridge, the same “delicious as in childhood.”

“The staff are very friendly. I try to walk around the ward more. Soon my assistant will bring me a sports mat, and life will improve with movement. And also a coffee machine – I can’t live without coffee. And for the Azerbaijani media: I am not sick with coronavirus – I am in quarantine, like 60 passengers on the flight, ”the sculptor said.
