How common expressions harm our health

“I can’t see you,” “I don’t want to hear anything,” “I’ve been eaten all over my bald patch,” “My brain has boiled” — we are so used to such expressions that we don’t even think about their impact on our health. But in vain.

A word is a thought expressed through sound. Sound manifests itself in the form of oscillations, vibrations that affect the body. Words have energy, they can lift or spoil the mood, give or take strength, strengthen or undermine health. We need to be very careful about what, when and to whom we say, so as not to harm.

Body and word

Everything we say affects our body. Let’s do an experiment. Try right now, within 3-5 minutes, to repeat the word «sleep». Observe what happens to you at this moment, how does your body react to the word? It catches the energy and adjusts. In the end, you will really want to sleep.

The German psychotherapist Nossrat Peseschkian believes that words are the clothes of our thoughts, and the energy of words has a dense structure that forms matter. There are parasitic expressions that program diseases. They are known to everyone, they are often used in everyday life. They carry destructive energy that can cause irreparable harm to health.

Destructive phrases

“My eyes wouldn’t look”, “I don’t want to hear anything”

Using these expressions, you can provoke problems with vision and hearing. The body will make sure that you «do not look» and «do not hear.» If the situation causes negative feelings, try to change your attitude towards it. Look like from the side. Separate your feelings from what is happening, and the situation will no longer seem hopeless. It also helps to replace destructive phrases with others, for example, “we’ll talk about it later.”

“Legs do not hold”, “legs do not carry”

Leg expressions can lead to injury. If you’re feeling tired, try saying, «My beloved legs are tired and I’ll take care of them.» Take off your shoes, unzip your boots, put your feet on an ottoman, a chair, stroke your ankles, massage your feet. If you are at home, then a cool bath and a cream for tired legs will come in handy. If it’s not tiredness, but reluctance to go somewhere, ask yourself: “Why am I doing this? What does it give me? What will I get in exchange?» Speak all the advantages of the upcoming «hike», and then your legs will not let you down.

“They ate the whole bald patch”, “hair on end”

Head massage, kefir, onion masks to strengthen hair are unlikely to help if you are experiencing severe stress. If there are people in the environment who tend to repeat the same thing several times, read notations, provoke conflict, learn to abstract from them. Say to yourself with a smile: «Being a bore is his right.» If something frightens, surprises, annoys you, then in such a situation it is best to accept what is happening. Tell yourself, «I allow it to be.»

“I broke my whole head”, “the brains boiled”, “they rinsed all the brains”

Headache, migraine, temperature — not the whole range of problems that the habit of saying such phrases can lead to. If your work requires constant mental stress, be sure to take breaks for 10-15 minutes. Go out into the fresh air, switch your attention to another activity. Let your brain rest. Say to yourself: «I’ve worked hard, now I’ll have a good rest.»

“I don’t organically digest (something or someone)”, “I’m already sick of it”

Diseases of the stomach, digestive system will not keep you waiting if you do not change your vocabulary. If you can’t change your attitude to the situation or are forced to communicate with an unpleasant person, try saying to yourself the phrase: “I am me, and he is him. I don’t have to live up to his expectations, and he doesn’t have to live up to mine.»

«Patience ran out»

This phrase can provoke diseases of the genitourinary system. If you are one of those who endure for a long time, and then explode, try to pronounce your feelings, discuss the situation out loud with someone close. If this is not possible, write about your feelings on a piece of paper.

“They drank all the juice out of me”

General weakness, malaise, lack of vitality, energy — these are the results of the abuse of this expression. If there are toxic people around, try to keep communication with them to a minimum. Say the phrase: “My energy is always with me. I breathe in and fill myself with vitality.”

«Sits in my liver (something, someone)»

The liver is a regenerating organ, but it is not immune from diseases. If there is someone or something that darkens, burdens your life for a long time and there is no way to avoid communication, engage in personal therapy. Release your feelings. Don’t pollute yourself. At the end of each day, write down in a notebook all the moments, events that irritate you.

End the list with the phrase: «I am free from negative thoughts, people and events.» By using such phrases, we program our body. Notice, catch, replace «parasites» with life-affirming synonyms, thoughts. Free yourself and be healthy.
