Recognize the symptoms of fear
Often times, fear has already reached a paroxysmal level the moment we realize it. To fight it better, it is therefore necessary to be able to detect it from the first signals sent by the body and the brain.
If you feel anxiety just by thinking of one thing, if you are looking to to avoid this thing at all costs and by all means, if those around you are laughing at you or pointing out that you have a disproportionate attitude in relation to that thing or in the face of a given situation. If you are sweating, your heart is beating faster and harder, if you have difficulty concentrating, if you are shaking or have dizzinessis that you experience a feeling of fear.
