Perhaps it is worth replacing the usual school physical education with yoga?

E. U .: I don’t think anything needs to be changed. Teenagers need movement, team games, the excitement of rivalry is important for them and they need to feel the “shoulder of a friend”. Yoga helps to immerse yourself in the inner world, to listen to yourself. Physical education lessons allow you to establish communication with other people. These are different approaches to the realization of their corporality.
