How Anne Fraser Became Vegan at 95

Using as his main information platform, Frazier publishes news about the vegan movement to nearly 30 subscribers. Her account description reads: “Be grateful, eat more vegetables, love others.” She encourages people to give up animal products for their own health, the environment, the future of youth and animals. In one of his latest social media posts, Fraser focuses on the problems of treating animals on factory farms.

Frazier wants people to wake up to this cruelty. “The time has come, friends! We don’t need to consume animal products to survive and thrive. We were sold lies, but now we know the truth. WE MUST STOP KILLING ANIMALS. It’s cruel and unnecessary,” she claims in her blog.

Ann Fraser believes it’s never too late to try to make a difference. “I didn’t think about the horrors of factory farming until I was 96 years old. I didn’t question the wisdom of eating animal products, I just did it. But you know what? IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE SOMETHING. And let me tell you one more thing – you will feel much better, I promise!” she writes.

Livestock is associated with serious environmental problems, including climate change, deforestation, water and air pollution, and loss of biodiversity. Last year, the United Nations named the fight against meat consumption one of the most pressing issues in the world.
