The general director of the company Dmitry Tolstov spoke about the methods used by the SOGAZ-Med medical insurance organization.
– In the context of measures created by the government to combat coronavirus, the company promptly restructured its work. First of all, we restructured the activities of insurance representatives. They received special training, learned about the new virus and methods of preventing infection.
I am sure that knowledge about the specifics of the spread, course and prevention of coronavirus will allow insurance representatives of all levels to convey reliable information to citizens, to conduct qualified advice in person or by calling the company’s contact center.
To prevent the spread of infection, the government has temporarily suspended preventive medical examinations and medical examinations. Therefore, insurance companies are faced with the task of informing citizens as quickly as possible about the importance of postponing the deadline for contacting medical organizations for taking preventive measures not directly related to coronavirus disease.
SOGAZ-Med uses mobile services and e-mails to notify the insured about the suspension of preventive measures, prevention methods and actions in case of suspected coronavirus infection.
