Believe it or not, our heroine is indeed 43 years old. And she really has seven children, the youngest of whom will turn five this year. Jessica Enslow breaks all the stereotypes about mothers with many children: it turns out that a woman is not spoiled by childbirth, but even beautified. In addition, such a concept as “divorced with a trailer” is absolutely unfamiliar to her – Jessica is now married for the second time. Her chosen one was not at all embarrassed by the fact that he was marrying a woman with four children.

Jessica gave birth to her first child in 1994, when she was only 19 years old. Then three more children were born, one by one. In the second marriage, three more were born. And now Jessica proudly demonstrates such a form that she could not boast even in her youth. Take a look: in the photo on the left, Jessica is 20 years old, she gave birth to her first daughter. The photo on the right has been taken now. The difference is amazing! No wonder the 43-year-old mother is confused with her 23-year-old daughter.

In fact, there is no magic here. Jessica, like most of us, regularly gained weight during pregnancy. And quite quickly and a lot. She admitted that when she carried her first child, she did not quite understand what would happen to her body after childbirth. It seemed to her that from the hospital she would return the same. But no.

“When I returned home with the baby, I immediately tried to fit into my ‘pre-pregnant’ jeans. It never occurred to me that something might go wrong. Imagine what a shock it was to find that I could not pull my jeans above mid-thigh! ” – said Jessica.

Following the realization that her body will no longer be the same, fear and depression came. However, pretty soon Jessica was consumed by the daily worries of a whole horde of children. No, from time to time she remembered that it would be nice to lose weight, tried to diet and exercise, but there was no system in this approach. Therefore, he brought some fruit, but it was all wrong.

“I ate Nutella with spoons. Spread it on toast and even bananas. And I trained, if only I came across some schemes in social networks. It caught fire – threw it, caught fire – threw it “, – the mother of many children describes her path to perfection.

And then the children grew up, Jessica had a little free time. And she decided to spend it on herself. “Something clicked in my head, and I realized that my own habits were turning me into hell knows what. It was time to change everything, ”says Jessica. And the children and her husband supported her in her decision to take on herself properly.

The woman began her major “fitness repair” only two years ago. Now she gets up early at dawn to have time to run in the morning, before the children wake up. Then Jessica takes the kids to school, and she goes to the gym. “I have not tried to lose 20 kilograms in ten days. I just did my best. Without fanaticism, but persistently pursued my goal, ”she explains.

I also had to reconsider my eating habits. First, Jessica gave up counting calories – she prefers intuitive nutrition. “The body itself knows what it needs at the moment,” she says. “The main thing is not to confuse intuition with food licentiousness.” Protein became the basis of Jessica’s diet, from carbohydrates she allows herself cereals, whole grain bread, vegetables and fruits. You can eat a slice of white bread, some fries, or a couple of chocolate bars – just a little to satisfy your cravings for unhealthy foods. “My metabolism can’t handle a lunch of burger, fries, dessert and milkshake. This is a given, you have to accept it, ”Jessica shrugs.

The hardest part was learning how to control your appetite. And in principle, distinguish it from hunger and finish your meal on time. After all, it often happens that we eat an extra bite simply because it’s delicious. And by that time we no longer want to eat.

“Just be consistent. If you break loose, skip workouts, eat junk food – one day pull yourself together and return to a healthy lifestyle. You will definitely see progress, ”Jessica is sure.
