The gastronomic venture has a new appointment in the capital of Spain with the celebration of the culinary event of Culinary Action!
The workshop seminar organized by the Basque Culinary Center returns to Madrid to show the different success stories of chefs and hoteliers who participate in the training session.
Entrepreneurs from all over the culinary and food scene of our country are invited to actively participate with the protagonists of the examples shown at the conference.
Chefs, cooks, foodies, owners and managers of their businesses, have a unique opportunity to share experiences, as was done in previous editions of the culinary action event.
The appointment is set for next December 12, at the Meliá los Galgos hotel, in calle Claudio Coello, 139, Madrid), with a duration of the day of 5 hours from 9:15 a.m. to 14:1 p.m. . Access will be free upon reservation of a place on the Culinary Actión website!

This year 2016 has already left two days within the training panorama of Culinary Action!, and this will be the third to be held in the year, after those already held in Malaga and Valencia throughout the year.
In this year’s edition of 2106 in Madrid, the structure of the conference changes its original format, although it is framed in a morning session as always, the way of debating and sharing will be around five round tables, with the participation of 11 professionals from the gastronomic sector of Madrid (chefs, hospitality entrepreneurs, managers, consultants or producers), who will debate, together with experts from the Basque Culinary Center, on various topics of interest to hospitality professionals and gastronomy lovers who attend the event.
The themes that are reflected in the program will focus mainly on the raging news of the digitization of hospitality businesses, and the evolution of the sector.
For the occasion, a cast of 3 representatives of the capital’s hospitality industry has been cited in the figures of:
- Juan José López Bedmar (La Tasquita de Enfrente)
- César Martín (Lakasa)
- Nino Redruello (La Ancha Group).
