Horseradish in 15 minutes or a quick horseradish tincture

This recipe … Hmm … Who can use it? At a minimum, fast-cooking horseradish will be relevant in cases where you really want to, but for this you “want”, excuse the pun, you don’t want to wait a week. Also, this recipe can be useful for catering establishments (in one of Kiev restaurants they do this), for example, for preparing a “signature” drink or, say, satisfying the desires of a harmful client. In general, we give the recipe, and you already look there where to attach it.

By the way, we prepared horseradish according to the recipe from the last article (the very first one, but with some modifications) and it turned out very well. Instant Khrenovuha Recipe

We need:

  • 0,5 l of vodka or alcohol / moonshine 45%;
  • 40 g of horseradish;
  • 20 of fresh ginger;
  • 1 st. a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • a pinch of salt.

This miracle is prepared as follows:

  1. Horseradish and ginger are peeled and rubbed on a fine grater.
  2. Salt the whole thing and sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well and leave for 5 minutes alone.
  3. We shift the resulting mass into a jar, add honey and fill it with our alcohol-containing liquid (we dilute the alcohol using our calculator).
  4. We shake the contents of the jar well for 5 minutes, after which we leave it alone for another 5 minutes.
  5. We filter the resulting drink through a fine sieve or several layers of gauze – the horseradish is ready.

So in 15 minutes you can make a really good drink that perfectly stimulates the appetite and goes well with fatty foods and meat. Bon Appetit!
