Spicy tomato paste ketchup
Ketchup with a spicy taste goes well with homemade dumplings, manta rays, boiled meat. To prepare the sauce, you will need: – 100 g of tomato paste; – 1 teaspoon of salt; – 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper; – 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper; – 1 teaspoon of coriander; – 1 bay leaf; – 1 teaspoon of prepared mustard; – parsley; – 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Combine tomato paste, mustard, sugar, finely chopped parsley and salt in a deep bowl.
Pour coriander, red and black pepper into a small cup, put bay leaf there. Pour a little boiling water over the seasonings, so that the water slightly covers them. Leave the spices to infuse for 20 minutes, then strain the infusion through a sieve into a plate of tomato paste. Mix all the ingredients well – the ketchup is ready to eat.
Tomato paste ketchup for spaghetti
You can prepare ketchup for pasta from the following products: – 4 tablespoons of tomato paste; – 0,5 cups of water; – 1 teaspoon of salt; – 6 teaspoons of sugar; – pinches of ground black pepper; – a pinch of cinnamon; – 0,5 pounded clove bud.
This recipe doesn’t take long to make a sauce. Just boil half a glass of water. Then pour this boiling water over the tomato paste. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, ground pepper, cloves to it and mix everything thoroughly. You can add fresh dill or parsley to the finished ketchup.
