Delicious cold ice cream is a great dessert for the hot season, but store-bought sweets often contain artificial colors and flavors that are not always healthy. You can make natural and healthy ice cream yourself at home.
Ice cream
Ice cream made from natural cream tastes great, but because of the high calorie content, it is better to enjoy small portions of this delicacy. To make a delicious and simple dessert, you will need: – 1 protein; – 1 can of condensed milk; – 0,5 liters of rustic cream; – 0,5 cups of whole milk; – a pinch of salt.
Whisk the egg white and salt into a strong foam, add the condensed milk to it. In a separate container, beat the heavy country cream into a homogeneous foam. Then combine both masses in one cup, add milk to the mixture and mix thoroughly with a mixer. Divide the mixture into molds and place in the freezer. Freeze the mixture for 3-4 hours.
For ice cream to freeze evenly, it must be stirred every hour.
Berry ice cream
A dessert with a bright berry flavor can be made from the following products: – 250 g heavy cream; – 150 g granulated sugar; – 200 g fresh strawberries; – 4 chicken eggs; – a pinch of vanillin; – a pinch of salt.
Whisk the peeled strawberries in a blender and refrigerate the puree. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat them with salt until thick foam.
Combine half the sugar with a tablespoon of water, put on fire and dissolve to make a sugar syrup. Place a container with protein foam in a water bath, add syrup in small portions and continue whisking. Then put the mass in the refrigerator.
Whisk the yolks with the remaining sugar and refrigerate. Whip the cream with vanilla, then combine them with whites, yolks and berry puree, mix well and put in the freezer for 4 hours. Arrange the finished ice cream in the bowls and decorate with halves of berries.
Pour berry syrup over ice cream and garnish with fruit pieces before serving
Ice cream “Trio”
An elegant multi-colored dessert can be made from three varieties of homemade ice cream. To cook pineapple, you will need: – 150 g of canned pineapples; – 2 yolks; – 5 tablespoons of pineapple syrup; – 30 g granulated sugar; – 250 g heavy cream.
For ice cream you will need: – 0,5 cans of condensed milk; – 250 g heavy cream.
For the fruit and berry layer you need: -1 ripe banana; – 300 g of strawberries; – 0,5 cans of condensed milk.
Using a blender, turn pineapples into puree, combine it with syrup, yolks, sugar and cream. Whisk the ingredients well to make a homogeneous mixture.
Then whisk the condensed milk and cream separately. In another bowl, mash the banana with strawberries, then whisk it with the condensed milk.
Put all three types of ice cream in the refrigerator for 1,5 hours and stir every 15 minutes. Then spread the ice cream in layers on transparent bowls and freeze until tender.
