Homemade hair masks are a remedy for many hair problems. They are simple to make, cheap, and the enormous amount of nutrients they contain often gives the effects of a good hairdressing salon. To make them as effective as possible, it is good to put a foil cap and a cotton towel on the hair covered with the mask – the high temperature promotes the absorption of active substances by the hair.

However, the right masks are not enough. Even the best care will not bring spectacular results if your hair is treated with styling agents, straightened or dried with a dryer on a daily basis. For this reason, the recommended way to dry washed hair is to blot it on a cotton towel and then wear a turban from your regular cotton T-shirt for about 15 minutes. Such well-groomed hair will dry quite quickly, but it will not be in danger of drying out or split ends, which often occurs with regular use of the dryer.

If you want to additionally protect your hair, it will be good to stock up on silicone oil, which can be used to lubricate the hair ends every day. Regularly used, it will help to prevent split ends and tangles, and in combination with proper care, it will make your hair grow healthy and shiny.
