Bread can become a real delicacy if you bake it yourself and add mouth-watering additions to the classic recipe: raisins, herbs, spices, nuts. But even without these ingredients, homemade bread is very tasty. Cook it in a bread maker or conventional oven, forming it in the form of bricks, loaves or loaves.
There are some subtleties to consider when baking bread. For the dough, choose durum wheat flour with a high gluten content – it will provide a tasty crumb and crisp. Bake loaves at 200-220 ° C. Lower temperatures will make the bread heavy and crumbly.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Divide the matched dough into three parts, roll each into a bun and place on a baking sheet. Cover the future loaves with plastic wrap and leave for another 45 minutes. During this time, the koloboks will increase in volume.
