Exercise improves the work of the intestines. And it’s not about strenuous training. If you are not one of the people who like sports, it is enough to go for a few minutes’ walk after half an hour after a large meal.

One of the causes of persistent constipation may be excessive consumption of sweets. Chocolate, which is a conglomerate of sugars and fats, and also contains cocoa, which has astringent properties, is especially harmful here. If you find it hard to live without something sweet, go for a banana or a grape.

On the surface it seems to be insignificant, but in fact the pace of eating greatly affects the functioning of the intestines. Thoroughly chewed food is easier to digest – and not only because it is more easily accessible. Don’t forget that the digestion of sugars begins in the mouth!
