  1. if we have no symptoms – contact the sanitary and epidemiological station; we will be classified to one of the risk groups with a recommendation to home quarantine or self-examination for 14 days;
  2. if we have symptoms (cough, fever and shortness of breath) – in this situation, it is necessary to undergo medical control in a facility dealing with the treatment and diagnosis of infectious diseases.

How is home quarantine going?

For the proper conduct of home quarantine, precautions must be taken to minimize the risk of passing the pathogen on to others. In the case of the coronavirus duration of home quarantine is 14 days. During this time, you should limit leaving home, avoid public places and contacts with other people, including family. In case of contact with other people, it is recommended to keep a distance of about one meter.
