Anti-stress program for face and neck skin

1. Vitamin peeling

Mix a tablespoon of freshly squeezed orange and pineapple juice, apply on skin for 3-5 minutes (provided that you are not allergic to citrus fruits). Dampen cotton pads with tonic (alcohol-free) or drinking water and gently rinse off the juice. Follow the massage lines.

If you are allergic to citrus fruits, replace them with chamomile infusion. This plant is an excellent antiseptic. Brew chamomile at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 200 grams of water, let it brew for 20-30 minutes, strain and pour into ice molds. Wipe your face with ice cubes, chamomile will improve blood circulation and relieve inflammation, and ice will tone the skin and help tighten pores.

2. Purifying mask

Take a teaspoon of turmeric (a strong antioxidant, relieves inflammation and swelling), add a tablespoon of white clay powder (absorbs excess sebum and stimulates cell renewal), mix everything with natural yogurt (deeply nourishes the skin, relieves redness). Add a drop of lavender, sandalwood and patchouli essential oils to the resulting thick paste. Apply a thick layer on dry skin and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash off first with warm water, then with cool water and wipe the skin with a toner.

Milk baths moisturize and soften the skin, make it softer, and restore the hydrolipid balance.

Detox program for face and body skin

1. Warming scrub

Combine 200 g of plain sea salt, lime juice and half a teaspoon of coarsely ground cloves, cinnamon and black pepper. Pour in 100 g of grape seed oil and add two drops each of bergamot and basil essential oils. Rub the scrub in a circular motion, starting at the feet, gradually moving up the body.

2. Softening body bath

Fill the bathroom with water, let it be warm, comfortable for you. Pour a liter of fresh milk into the water (preferably fatty, at least 3,2%), immerse in the bath for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water, but do not wash, it is better to take such a bath after the cleansing procedure. Milk gently envelops the skin and softens it.

3. Aromatic balm

Prepare the balm in advance. Melt 50 g of coconut oil in a water bath, add three drops of jasmine essential oil. After the bath, apply the balm to towel-dried face and body and wrap yourself in a terry robe.
