The drooping chest, back fat, holsters… It is easier to lose fat in the upper part of the body than in the lower part because the tissues are different depending on the area, but there are drill that improve these parts of the body.

Miguel Ángel Peinado, personal trainer of faces known as David Bisbal or the influencer Paula Ordovás, knows the fitness routine that improves these difficult areas of the body and brings the goal closer at a giant pace. From home or at the gym, these are the drill that you must carry out frequently to make those imperfections disappear.

Accumulated fat in the triceps

The exercises to combat the salt shaker of the arms are the most demanded. The female sex tends to have more flaccidity in this area of ​​the body, which is why at a certain age the arms soften. But there are a series of routines that you can do in your day to day at home, without having to go to the gym. Stand in front of a surface where you can support your arms and perform squats with your back completely straight, touching your butt on the ground, as in the video. You can also lie on your back on the floor with a mat, legs bent and arms stretched towards the ceiling. With a medicine ball, lower your hands without moving your elbows. You can also stand up with dumbbells or with 1,5 / 2-liter water bottles raise your hands to your shoulders without moving your elbows. Miguel Ángel Peinado recommends doing 5 sets of 15 repetitions each exercise. And we rest for a minute.

In addition, it recommends waist exercises, which require concentration: stand on a mat with your legs and feet in the air and with your butt resting on the ground. Go moving any object you have around the house: a bottle of water, a dumbbell or a ball, keeping your balance and also enhancing your «core».

Saggy breasts

Although there is no routine that guarantees the chest does not fall, the area can be improved by performing three types of push-ups: resting your hands straight on a wall and without moving your feet, approach and move away, style Push-ups but with hardly any difficulty. This exercise can be done with the hands facing inward or with the hands facing outward. Once they are handled perfectly, Miguel Angel Peinado recommends doing them by resting your hands on a bench or directly Push-ups on the ground, supporting the knees.
