By analyzing our behavior and becoming aware of our habits, we can change them. The Hoffman method provides all the tools for this.

The method allows us to analyze typical emotional reactions and behavioral habits, and then change those that interfere with us. With its help, you can combine four aspects of our personality into a single whole: feelings, consciousness, body and spirituality. The Hoffman Process sees the individual as a system that can be reconfigured. To do this, it is necessary to “return to childhood” and relive the time when our self-esteem, character, style of relations with other people were formed, again (but already an adult) experience the same fears or anger towards parents and finally gain faith in myself. The method allows you to understand why the parents acted the way they did, understand them and … forgive.

Progress

Before the start of the training, all participants answer the questions of a detailed questionnaire (about relationships in the family, the nature of parents, the style of upbringing …), compare the characteristics of their personality and parents. Then the actual program begins, which includes four stages: awareness of the habits that prevent us from being real; expressing the emotions behind habitual behavior; forgiveness of mistakes and insults; living in a new way as proof that we have changed.
