Add this mixture to the rolled oats, put the chopped apple there and mix everything thoroughly. Your dough should be like sour cream in consistency. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the pancakes. Fry on 2 sides and serve hot.
If you wish, you can replace the apple with a pear or a banana.
Herculean pancakes with potatoes recipe
To make oat flakes with potatoes, you will need: – oat flakes – 1 glass; – milk – 1 glass; – 1 boiled potato; – cheese – 100 grams; – 1 egg; – olive oil – 1 tablespoon; – bacon – 20 grams; – salt and pepper.
Pour milk over the rolled oats and leave to swell for 30 minutes. On a coarse grater, grate the potatoes and cheese, add the egg, salt, pepper and mix. Drain excess liquid from rolled oats and add to potato mixture. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped bacon, then add it to the oatmeal mixture and stir. Spoon the pancakes into a skillet and bake on 2 sides until crisp.
Serve ready-made pancakes with sour cream, sprinkle with chopped dill or green onions
Herculean Raisin Pancakes Recipe
To prepare pancakes from rolled oats with raisins, you will need: – 160 grams of herculean flour; – 2 grams of raisins; – 1 glass of wheat flour; – 3 tablespoons of sugar; – 0,5 teaspoon of soda; – a pinch of salt; – 1 egg; – 250 milliliters of kefir; – 30 milliliters of refined oil.
Pour boiling water over the raisins so that the water completely covers it. In a deep bowl, combine the oatmeal flour, wheat flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add egg, kefir, butter and mix until smooth. Drain the raisins, add them to the dough and stir. If the dough is too thick, add a little kefir, if it is thin, add wheat flour. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, spoon pancakes and fry on both sides. Pour the finished pancakes with sour cream and serve.
