Herbal collection recipe from phytotherapist K.A. Treskunova
Before starting treatment, it is necessary to carry out a full examination. This is done in order to exclude other diseases or manifestations, such as spasms caused by overwork. The mechanism of manifestations in such a situation may be similar.
In addition, attempts to treat gastric ulcers through herbal medicine without a specialized examination may interfere with the detection of more serious diseases. After all, herbs and plants, characterized by active antiseptic and analgesic parameters, can confuse the anamnesis, which will also affect the diagnosis.
K.A. Treskunov points out the need to use such a collection in case of a stomach ulcer, which includes:
One part of yarrow and wormwood;
Three parts – chamomile and meadow clover;
Five parts – calendula;
Seven parts each – cudweed of marsh and birch leaves.
In his opinion, this collection is a certain base. For each specific patient, some other components should be added. All plants in the composition must stop or stop the formation of infections that multiply in an acidic environment (for example, Helicobacter Pylori).
Many may wonder – is it worth creating your own collections, if the herbalists have already created a lot?
This is done for the following reasons:
There is a very real need to use only those plants that are located in a particular area. For example, cudweed, needed for the top recipe, may not grow or be sold in pharmacies anywhere. However, it can be used on astragalus 6-flowered or on lungwort, from which the medicine will not become less effective;
Many draw recipes from Soviet collections of recipes, which are scarce. This is explained by the fact that at that time only those herbs were used that were included in the pharmacopoeial reference books – there were very few of them;
Constant updating of information about herbs, discovery of new properties. For example, loosestrife was not previously used (the so-called plakun-grass). While her properties are amazing.
When choosing a composition, care must be taken to make it harmless to the maximum extent. It is unacceptable, for example, to increase the ratio of herbs that contain female phytohormones, because in them gastritis, like an ulcer, is accompanied by an increase in the amount of hormones presented. The presence of cholagogues could be considered indispensable, however, plants should not provoke the accommodation of stones in the gallbladder if they are present in humans.
The list can be continued: blood pressure, vascular and kidney diseases. Each of these points must be taken into account in one recipe.
Collection of herbs for ulcers
The result should be something like this:
yarrow;
Flaxseed;
Altey;
Budra and loosestrife;
Highlander rough (permissible use of kidney and pepper);
Sage and mint river (pepper is acceptable), zopnik and clover.
All components must be in equal proportions. A tablespoon of herbs, crushed almost to the state of dust, is brewed in half a liter of boiling water. Consume within 24 hours for three to four times. If the weight is more than 80 kg, then brew 2 tablespoons for a similar ratio of water.
All herbs have antiseptic characteristics: mountaineer and yarrow will help to cope with the flow of blood, zopnik will nullify heartburn, flaxseed and mint have bipolar properties. The first activates, and the second helps to relax smooth muscles. The presented bundle is excellent for constipation or elimination of diarrhea and even a low degree of conductivity of the bile ducts.
It should be noted that this collection is indicated in the treatment of ulcers and gastritis in case of an optimal and increased degree of acidity. With low acidity, this composition is prohibited. You can also modify this recipe by adding senna leaf to it – this will help with constipation. It is recommended to start with small dosages, systematically increasing until the desired result is achieved.
It is recommended to use such a course for a month, and then apply any of the cleansing ones. So you should alternate them with each other constantly. In the case, for example, if the ulcer still bothers after the use of herbs, their use should be extended for some more time.
It is also desirable not to stop the recovery of the body after a slight improvement. A lot of people do this and it’s wrong. To get rid of an ulcer for the longest possible time, it is necessary to use fees for at least three months, it would be even better to reduce this interval to six months.
