1. Sore joints.

Nettles are the best for this ailment because the substances contained in them effectively inhibit the development of inflammation and rheumatism. To prepare the infusion, you need nettle honey, grind the fresh stems and squeeze the juice. Then mix it in a 1:1 portion with bee honey and add ½ cup of water. Drink one teaspoon daily in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast.

2. Heart problems.

Mix the flowers of hawthorn, linden, nettle, couch grass and horsetail in equal proportions. Pour everything with a glass of boiling water. Cover and leave for 15 minutes. Drink 1-2 glasses always after eating. The treatment should last 3 months, then you should take a two-month break. You can also sweeten the tea with honey. The infusion dilates blood vessels, slightly lowers blood pressure and improves brain function.

3. For bone problems.

They need mainly silicon and calcium. So, pour a teaspoon of dried horsetail with a glass of water and cook for about 20 minutes. simmer. Then add a teaspoon of dried pepper and mint. Such a herbal mixture should be drunk 2-3 months before the beginning of the cold season. Mix horsetail, couch grass rhizome, nettle leaf, linden flower, elderberry and mint in equal portions. Brew a tablespoon of the mixture in a glass of boiling water.
