7 surprising benefits of having body fat
The heart grows when we read more reports from Ukraine about how bravely our neighbors are resisting Russian aggression. At the same time, we have great faith and hope that the unimaginable suffering of hundreds of thousands of innocent people will end as soon as possible.
We are proud of how our compatriots engaged in supporting Ukraine. The Fitatu company also does not remain deaf to appeals for help. We know how important it is to help here and now, at this moment, which is why our entire team has been involved in many activities for several days, from financial and material collections, through housing and transport for people from Ukraine, to organizational support.
We are also planning a larger fundraiser on itself, but we are still working on a scenario that will allow for real and effective help, and this will be needed by our neighbors for many more months. We used a similar model of assistance in the case of donating funds to the Municipal Hospital of them. J. Strusia in Poznań during a pandemic. The official announcement of the.pl brand along with the possibility of supporting our initiative will appear in mid-March.
Official collections
We also provide a list of official collections and other support options, at the same time reminding you to verify the websites to which we pay funds – unfortunately, such important campaigns are often used by online scammers, encouraging, among others, to deposit cryptocurrencies or tokens. Below is a list of verified fundraisers:

Caritas — https://caritas.pl/
Polish Red Cross – https://pck.pl/na-pomoc-ukrainie/

Due to the enormous mobilization of people taking part in the collections, especially in large cities, it is worth making sure in advance which products and funds are currently in greatest demand.
Local points often organize a collection of medicines and medical devices, but it is worth reading these guidelines directly on their websites or on social media (here is a link to the Poznań initiative we have already tested: https://www.instagram.com/inkubatorkulturypireus/) .
