It is known that during swimming almost all human muscles are involved, respectively, the muscles of the spine are trained and most ailments disappear. When visiting the pool, a medical certificate may be required. From adults, this document is not always required. It depends on the particular pool, but most often a certificate is a prerequisite. This medical document is necessary in order to prevent a person with diseases that are transmitted by contact from entering the pool. These include dermatitis, fungus, helminthiasis.
To issue a certificate to the pool, an adult needs to contact a therapist who will issue a referral for examination of some specialists: a gynecologist, a dermatologist and a venereologist. In addition to public hospitals, this document can be issued in private clinics and those specialists who work in institutions with a pool. Most sports clubs and fitness centers provide this option.
Some people are interested in whether this document can be issued for free. Since this registration is not included in the list of compulsory health insurance, for most people this service is paid. But every situation has its exceptions. If a visit to the pool is appointed by specialists based on the results of examinations, then a person has the right to receive a medical document free of charge. Registration of the certificate
Issuing a certificate to the pool requires a visit to certain specialists, the list of which is established depending on the epidemiological situation. It is for this reason that Rospotrebnadzor takes this issue seriously and requires this certificate in accordance with the document. If an institution with a swimming pool has an order from Rospotrebnadzor, then employees have the right to demand a medical certificate from visitors. It is worth noting that a child of school and preschool age must necessarily have a document to visit the pool. The number of classes doesn’t really matter. Even if the child needs to visit the swimming pool one-time, it is still necessary to make a certificate. First of all, the child must visit a pediatrician – a pediatrician and be tested for the presence of parasites in the body. The child certificate received can be valid for 3 months. To continue visiting the institution, you should go through the doctor again and take tests.
What information does the certificate contain?
This type of document looks quite simple. Often, the last name, first name and patronymic of a person are entered into it. This information can be provided by absolutely anyone. Also, the certificate must contain the name of the institution in which it will be issued. It should be understood that this should be a medical institution that is recognized by the state. Also, the age of the person and a number of tests should be indicated there: a blood test, an analysis for the presence of parasites, scraping for enterobiosis. As a result, the document must contain the conclusion of a doctor: a therapist or pediatrician. The doctor must make a general conclusion about the state of health of the person and indicate whether any diseases have been identified. At the end of the document must be dated, signed and stamped by the institution. The presence of a seal is especially important, because without it the document has no status.
The standard document for swimming pools in Russia is a certificate in the form 083/4-89. It must contain three seals: a rectangular stamp, a seal of a pediatrician or therapist, and a seal of a medical institution. If a person was examined in more than one clinic, then there may be more seals.
In order to start issuing a certificate, a person, regardless of age, must have a health insurance policy.
