The fact that the consumption of sweet drinks and other sweets provokes overeating is known to our readers. Today, we will introduce the results of a long-term study where deliberately examined the results of replacing sugar with sweeteners.
For 10 weeks, two groups of fat women and men (average BMI 28) were fed in “free mode” drinks and food with sweeteners instead of shugar. In the group consuming the sugar, the quantity amounted to about 150g a day, most of them from drinks.
