Avoid insomnia

Sleep well in summer, it’s getting ready
You should also eat light. Therefore, favor foods rich in starch (pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.), fruits and vegetables and avoid at all costs overly large meals, meat or cold cuts. For children, also avoid sauces, ketchup, sodas and candies. During this summer period, your fan or your fogger will be your best friend. Also remember to close the shutters during the day. This will allow you to return to a cool bedroom at bedtime.
For flying visitors who come to disturb you while you sleep, lemongrass or rosy geranium are very effective. In the form of sprays, they repel nasty mosquitoes. Note that it is also important to favor cotton for children’s clothes. Before going to bed, have them do some casual, relaxing activities to promote peace, and have them sleep without light, in the dark.
