Cut into cubes a large persimmon, a handful of cashew nuts crushed in a mortar. Whisk 300 g of cottage cheese with 2 eggs, a pinch of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour here 5 tbsp. l. wheat flakes, orange zest, 5 tbsp. l. pre-soaked raisins, ½ banana and knead the dough. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then fill the baking molds with the curd mass and put them in the oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes. The most demanding sweetmeats can be served golden cheesecakes, watering them with raspberry or cherry jam.
Solar Molasses
Molasses made from corn starch will perfectly replace sugar. Baking without sugar from it turns out very tender and airy. Mix 4 tablespoons of oat flakes and milk powder, 2 tablespoons of bran and 10 g of baking powder. Separately, whisk 150 ml of kefir, 2 eggs, 150 g of grated raw carrots and molasses to taste. Combine both parts, knead the dough and bake it in a round shape for 30 minutes at 180°C. For the cream, whisk 300 g of soft cottage cheese with 1 tbsp. l. molasses. The cooled cake is cut lengthwise into three parts, smear them with cream. Even diabetics and those who lose weight after the holidays can afford such a treat.
Lazy Pie
Natural syrups are a godsend for those who want to combine a diet with their favorite desserts. For these purposes, agave nectar is suitable, which can be found in the departments of healthy nutrition. And we will prepare a light apple crumble. A little grind in a blender ½ cup of oat flakes and a handful of dried almonds, add 1-2 tablespoons of agave nectar. Cut 2 large apples into slices, put them on the bottom of the baking dish, flavor with lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover the fruit with oatmeal crumbs, sprinkle with almond petals on top and bake the crumble for 30 minutes at 200°C. Vanilla yogurt will add a special sophistication to the dessert.

Can I replace sugar with maple syrup? Without a doubt, because it is absorbed by the body much better and gives desserts a refined taste. Make sure of this by cooking caramel pears. Take 3-5 strong medium-sized pears, wash, dry and insert 7-10 dried cloves into the peel of each. We spread the fruits in a baking dish, pour them with a mixture of 150 ml of tart red wine, 100 ml of maple syrup, lemon zest, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon. Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the fruit for another 25 minutes. Serve caramel pears best hot, always with a ball of ice cream.
Chocolate Illusion
Chocolate candies without sugar are not only in the dreams of losing weight sweeteners. You can prepare them from carob-a sweet powder from the carob tree of the legume family, similar in taste and color to cocoa.
