Healthy plants – Ferns

If we have a problem with red eyes, problems with the throat and nose, as well as complain about problems with the respiratory system, fern can reduce them at least a little. It is also worth mentioning that this plant requires a moist substrate, but not too wet. Only the soil in which the fern grows cannot be dried out.
Proper care of ferns promotes proper air purification, which is beneficial for our health.
Healthy plants – Palma
The palm tree is another healthy plant whose appearance is very impressive and at the same time helps to purify the air. It is worth mentioning here that the bamboo palm cleans the air of harmful substances such as benzene, xylene, chloroform, as well as carbon monoxide. Palm trees also help to moisturize the air, not just remove chemicals.

Palma will work well in bedrooms and living rooms, but remember that they need a sunny place. Meeting the conditions necessary for the proper development of the palm will result in a healthy environment free from harmful substances.
Healthy plants – Ficus
Among the healthy plants that are worth having at home, ficus should not be missing. As little as any other plant, ficus is great at cleaning the air from harmful substances such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide or trichloroethane. Just remember that Benjamin ficus has poisonous leaves, so keep it away from children.
When caring for a ficus, it is worth remembering that it is a plant that feels best in diffused light. So it will not grow well in a sunny position. They thrive well in a damp room, so you can sprinkle the leaves with water.
Ficus trees should be watered rarely but abundantly.
The variety of ficus species means that we can choose the one that will best fit our interior, and at the same time will repay by purifying the air, so that we can live a healthier life.
Healthy plants – Peace Lily
The Peace Lily is a unique plant that is characterized by its white, wing-shaped flowers. Undoubtedly, the great advantage of the wingflower is cleaning the air of toxins, but also moisturizing the air.
If you want to reap the health benefits of a wingflower, you should take care of a moist substrate, which this plant loves, but also a constant temperature. The plant can be sprinkled, but it does not like variable and low air temperature.
Healthy Plants – Aloe
Aloe is a plant that not only has a beneficial effect on our skin. Aloe vera is one of the healthy plants that acts as an air filter by removing harmful ingredients such as formaldehyde and benzene. Aloe will also work well in sunny places, so we can place it on the windowsill.
Aloe contains, among others, folic acid, antioxidants, beta carotene, amino acids and mineral salts. It is often used in medications and skin care creams. At home, we can use aloe vera as a remedy for burns, insect bites and bruises, which means that it not only cleans our homes of harmful substances, but also acts as a dressing on damaged skin.
Aloe is not a very demanding plant. If we provide it with a lot of light and a moderate amount of water – especially in the autumn and winter – it will repay it with proper growth.
