A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle that focuses on health. The opposite is a problematic lifestyle.

According to modern ideas, the concept of a healthy lifestyle should not be dogmatic. A healthy lifestyle is, first of all, a lifestyle that benefits the health of a particular person. The key word in this thesis is benefit.

The most important points of a healthy lifestyle:
