The new project was invented in the Department of the Ministry of Health and Social Development. The health passport will be a medical book with columns to be filled out by doctors. There they will write their recommendations based on the results of examinations, laboratory tests and consultations.
In addition, the health passport, which will be in the patient’s hands, will indicate his health group.
Holders of the first and second health groups will receive preventive recommendations, and those of the third, fourth or fifth groups will receive a referral to a specialized medical institution to clarify the diagnosis.
In 2009, those who have not done so a year ago will undergo additional medical examination. At the same time, special attention will be paid to workers in industries associated with health risks.
