For example, our favorite exercise is correct posture. This is achieved by a simple movement: lift your shoulders up, take them as far back as possible and lower them. Everything is very simple. Make sure you keep your shoulders straight whenever you walk down the street, work, talk, ride in transport, read or do household chores. Any violation of posture immediately causes tension in the internal organs, which also entails an increase in breathing. Active sports are great, but just walking in the woods, reading a book in the park, or contemplating paintings in the gallery will bring invaluable support to the body and nervous system.
