Have prettier breasts: how to firm your breasts?
Whatever your age, having prettier breasts is possible. To do this, you have to know how to tone the muscles that support these fragile parts of the body and how to nourish the skin for a more beautiful appearance. Firming your chest does indeed require some effort but it always pays off.
Have beautiful breasts in a few daily gestures
A little effort every day to have pretty breasts
The breasts as such do not have muscle, but only fibrous and fatty tissue. They are nevertheless based on the pectoral and intercostal muscles. It is therefore possible, thanks to them, to keep your breasts in place and prevent them from falling over the years.
In order to tone these muscles and give support to your chest, there is a very simple gesture to practice in your bathroom or during your workout:
Standing with your legs straight, join your hands horizontally, then bring them closer to your bust, squeezing them very tightly. Then breathe in gently. Stay like this for 5 seconds, then release and breathe out. Repeat this movement 10 times in a row.
In addition, if you practice a sport, do not forget to wear at each session a bra perfectly adapted to your morphology and your discipline. It is essential for a good support and to protect your breasts from the shocks, in particular those of your feet on the ground which have a direct impact on them.
A cold shower for beautiful firm breasts
It is well known, to circulate the blood and give yourself a boost, nothing like a jet of very cold water. For the breasts, it is the same thing and the gesture is all the more important as the cold will tighten the tissues by creating a small thermal shock. The cold water jet is the # 1 beauty treatment for firmer breasts.
Breast massage: an essential step
A moment of relaxation and well-being, the breast massage is generally carried out with an oil. You will find it very useful:
- to firm your breasts
- to hydrate and nourish the fragile skin of the breasts
- to take care of them in general and detect a possible problem
A preliminary scrub
Before performing your massage, do not hesitate to scrub your chest, both the breasts and the hollow, avoiding the nipples. The skin of the breasts being particularly fragile, opt for a very gentle exfoliant without abrasive grains and scrub in the shower.
A massage that softens and drains the chest
Before actually massaging, first apply your oil by light strokes over the entire surface of your chest, without any pressure. Then, start by massaging in small, light circular movements over your breasts.
Continue by raising each arm successively and massaging each of your breasts in a circular fashion with the opposite hand, from the hollow to the inside.
Then finish your massage by making a figure of eight between your two breasts, without forgetting the hollow.
Use a firming oil for the bust and chest that contains natural ingredients. Or choose an organic vegetable oil, sweet almond or argan for example.
You can also add a few drops of ylang ylang essential oil to it. If you are pregnant, however, this essential oil can only be used from the 4th month and in agreement with your doctor. In general, do not use essential oil during your pregnancy, or during the breastfeeding period, without medical advice.
Prevent stretch marks on the breasts
After pregnancy, but not necessarily after breastfeeding, the breasts lose their elasticity. The tension exerted on the skin during the 9 months can cause in some women the appearance of stretch marks.
In this area, it will be much easier to prevent than to cure. Thus, from the start of pregnancy, it is essential to anticipate the occurrence of stretch marks by moisturizing and nourishing the skin. This will have the effect of accelerating the micro-circulation of the blood and thus helping the production of collagen and elastin. The tearing of these fibers is the cause of stretch marks on the surface of the skin.
Organic vegetable oils, which do not involve any risk, are to be favored during this period. Evening primrose, avocado or jojoba are good examples. These oils are hydrating and very nourishing. Your breasts will be pampered throughout your pregnancy and after your delivery.
In addition to essential oils, beware, even more during this period, of products composed of mineral oils from petrochemicals (liquid paraffin ou mineral oil).
