Salted, smoked, cold meats, ajoarrieros and gildas signed by the chef Juanjo López Bedmar (La Tasquita de Enfrente) complete the solid offer of this space with careful retro-industrial aesthetics and slate, where each client is advised based on their oenological preferences. Its Angus beef steak tartare, its ajoarriero cod, or the exquisite cheese plate for gourmets are essential.
