The second option for a rigid rice diet for three days

First day:

  • breakfast – boiled rice, flavored with lemon zest, and 1 apple
  • lunch – a portion of vegetable broth, rice porridge with herbs and 150 grams of vegetable salad
  • dinner – a portion of vegetable broth, rice porridge and boiled carrots

Second day:

  • breakfast – rice porridge with herbs and 1 teaspoon of sour cream, 1 orange
  • lunch – a portion of vegetable broth and rice porridge with herbs
  • dinner – 200 grams of boiled vegetables and rice porridge with herbs

The third day:

  • breakfast – rice porridge with cinnamon and 1 grapefruit
  • lunch – a portion of vegetable broth, 100 grams of boiled fish and rice porridge
  • dinner – a portion of vegetable broth, 150 grams of broccoli and rice porridge with herbs

Drink as much water as possible daily, it is also allowed to regularly consume rosehip broth and unsweetened tea. You can drink either 30 minutes before a meal, or 1,5 hours after it, so that rice can fulfill its main function of cleansing the body.

Contraindications to the rice diet

The rice diet is contraindicated for people suffering from colic and a tendency to constipation. Also, you should not resort to this method of losing weight with a weakened immunity.
