H&T, the great showcase of the hotel industry in southern Spain

New sectors related to the hospitality industry, join the professional fair to show their novelties

El Hall of Equipment, Food and Services for Hospitality and Tourismor, known by its acronym H&T, returns one more year with an interesting exhibition proposal.

During the next 19, 20 and 21 March 2017 in the surroundings of the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga (Fycma) a new edition will be held, the nineteenth of this multidisciplinary fair, which calls for the professionals and companies in the field of hospitality, hospitality and tourism.

An interesting staging of specialized products and services for the hospitality sector that year after year seeks to establish itself as the point of reference for congresses in the South of Spain.

As in previous editions of the H&T show, hundreds of firms and brands open their portfolios to businessmen, managers of hospitality establishments, heads of purchases, kitchen or hotel managers, in order to publicize the main novelties of their represented.

The H&T lounge It is organized by the Palace of Trade Fairs and Congresses of Malaga (Fycma), the Association of Hotel Entrepreneurs of the Costa del Sol (AEHCOS) and by the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Navigation of Malaga and by Costa del Sol Tourism.

In the development of the show, other entities also participate as sponsors of the event such as the Diputación de Málaga and the brand Sabor a Málaga.

An ever-expanding program of exhibitions

The sectors participating in H&T include the entire range of activities related to the hotel, hotel and tourism industry, as well as its auxiliary industry, including food and beverages; kitchen equipment; furniture and decoration; lingerie and textiles; laundry, dry cleaning, hygiene and cleaning; table and kitchenware; air conditioning; IT and IT management or outsourcing of services, among others.

Likewise, the show has diversified its exhibition offer, expanding its scope to sectors of growing demand such as the wellness-spa; interior decoration; mattresses, gardening; soundproofing; safety; telephony or insurance.

Gastronomy gains strength in the living room

In this edition we will be able to see important novelties in the gastronomic plane, of great interest to the visiting public, especially in the formats of the live demonstrations.

The showcookings driving space Gastroarte, directed by professionals Celia Jiménez, Diego Gallegos, Benito Gómez, Álvaro Arbeloa, Toshio Tsushi and Mauricio Giovanini.

On the level of healthy cooking, the proposals of the Olearum association will form on the starting grid and on the level of responsibility, the Alicia Foundation will hold talks and live demonstrations on how to unite creativity and sustainability.

Another novelty is presented with the visit of the contestants of the television program TOP CHEF 2017, which has just started its particular competition.

In the field of competitions, which are well received by the public and give the contest visibility, it will host the third edition of the Provincial Young Chef Contest, sponsored by the “Sabor a Málaga” brand.
