Gymnastics for slimming the abdomen and hips

New Year’s holidays have passed, but the result of stormy feasts, extra pounds, “settled” on the waist and hips, remained. But this is not a reason to suddenly sit down on a tough diet or sweat in a sports club for hours. You can literally lose a few pounds and tighten your figure on the go, in the process of doing the most common things.

Slimming belly gymnastics

1. You can start doing fitness as soon as you wake up without even opening your eyes. Set your alarm 5-10 minutes earlier than you usually get up. When you hear the call, do not jump out of bed suddenly. Let your body wake up gradually and tone your muscles at the same time. To start, stretch like a cat, gently and for a long time. This will warm up and wake up the whole body. Stretching produces endorphins, hormones of pleasure, in the body. The mood will immediately improve. Smile and open your eyes. Take a few deep breaths in and out, and then blink 20-25 times.

2. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach. Take a few deep breaths in and out, pushing out your stomach as much as possible as you inhale and pulling in as you exhale.

3. Lying on your back, stretch your legs and lower your arms along your torso. Tighten and relax consistently the feet, calves, thigh muscles, abs. Then “wake up” your hands in the same way – from fingers to shoulders.

4. Lying on your back, pull your knees to your stomach, wrap your arms around them. Straightening your legs, try to break the intertwined arms.

5. Lying down, lower your legs out of bed and place them on the floor (the torso remains on the bed). Straighten your legs and hold them in this position, straining your abs. Then lower your feet to the floor. This exercise develops the lower abs.

6. Roll over onto your stomach. Place your chin on your clasped hands and stretch your legs. As you inhale, slowly raise your legs back and hold them on weight longer, while exhaling, lower them. Repeat this at least 3 times. This exercise will help reduce belly and thigh fat and tighten your back and buttocks.

7. The cat’s back exercise is very beneficial for the spine. Get on all fours. As you inhale, tilt your head back, straighten your chest and arch your lower back. On a slow exhalation, lower your head, draw in your stomach, bend outward, making your back round. This is the last exercise, repeat it 3-4 times.

Just 10 minutes from the moment the alarm went off, and you not only woke up completely, but also worked on problem areas. But this is just the beginning. Now you will learn that you can lose weight even while brushing your teeth!

While you wait for the bus at the bus stop, watch TV or work at the computer, you can exercise too. The main thing is not to be lazy and remember the right exercise in time, when you can arrange a mini-workout for yourself.

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your free hand up and begin to bend: to the left – straight, to the right – straight. The hips are motionless, only the upper part of the body moves. After a minute or two, change your hand and repeat the bends. However, if you feel like it, you can squat or do torso turns – whatever you like, the main thing is to move.2. In the subway or in line, we work on the buttocksWhen you have to stand for a long time, do not waste time, but work on your buttocks. As you inhale, squeeze out as tightly as possible. As you exhale, relax. Repeat 40 times. If you do this exercise twice a day, within a month the butt will become elastic and strong.3. Phone marathonDo not sit when you are on the phone. Stand up and pace the room back and forth or in a circle. And if the conversation is supposed to be long, you can even go outside and take a walk.4. Get moving!In general, try to move more than before. Go up and down the stairs. If you live too high to cover the entire rise on foot, get off the elevator 3-4 floors earlier than necessary. You can also get off the metro or bus at a stop or two earlier and take a walk on the way home. On weekends, you want to relax, of course, but the best vacation is to change the type of activity! We already sit at the computer all day long, so why sit again on Saturday and Sunday, now in front of the TV on the couch? Go to the park or skating rink, walk, breathe fresh air. Not only will you burn extra calories, but you will also find a great mood and a fresh complexion.
