  • High leg raises with claps under the knee.
  • Jumping in place for 20-30 seconds.
  • Sitting on a chair leg raises. Complicated option: raise your legs, put down, get up from the chair, sit down again and repeat.
  • Swing your leg to the side, back and forth. You can hold onto the support.
  • Rises to the toes and heels.
  • Stretching with both hands up, arms alternately.

At 9-10 years old, you can complicate the exercises and transfer the child to rhythmic gymnastics, and after 10 to dance or athletic gymnastics. You can work with an eight-year-old kid on your own, and an older child should be sent to the appropriate sports section, where he will develop and improve his skills under the guidance of a professional trainer.

A physically developed child has stronger immunity, he gets sick much less often than his peers. Do gymnastics with your baby to keep him smart, strong and healthy.
