Gymnastics for children 6 years old: morning exercises

Morning exercises help babies to finally wake up from sleep, recharge their energy and be ready for a new day. It should cause only positive emotions in the baby.

Basic rules of gymnastics for children 6 years old

Children at this age no longer need a playful form of classes. However, in order to interest them, use sports equipment for warm-up: rope, balls, gymnastic sticks, ribbons. Gymnastics should have a tonic effect. Therefore, design the exercises so that they exert stress on all muscle groups.

Morning exercises will give you a boost of vivacity for the whole day.

Classes should last no more than 15 minutes. Include about 8-10 exercises in your daily routine. And change them from time to time so that the child is not bored.

In between, focus on preventing flat feet. To do this, invite your child to walk on heels, toes, and the outside and inside of the foot.

Combine exercises into blocks for specific muscle groups. Repeat each exercise 10-12 times. Then take a break of 30 seconds and start the next series.
