Gymnastics for children 4 years old: morning, classes, complex
Gymnastics for 4-year-old children is a necessary condition for the development of their physical activity. For this purpose, you can visit sports sections, often walk with your baby in the fresh air and play outdoor games, as well as study at home.
Gymnastic exercises develop general motor skills, strengthen muscles, promote the formation of posture and have a beneficial effect on the baby’s immunity.
You can start a warm-up at home, after waking up. For this, it is better to use simple tasks, for example:
- Game “Fingers”. Give your child one rubber toy at a time and invite him to quickly squeeze and unclench them. The child should complete the task about 5 times.
- “Strongman”. Give a child lying on his back with a large toy. The kid should raise it on outstretched arms and lower it to the right of him. After that, he must again raise the toy and lower it on the left side of him. Do this exercise at least 7 times.
These simple exercises are aimed at strengthening your back and arm muscles. Exercise should be fun for the child. They can be performed to music to create more interest in the baby.
Classes for the formation of posture
For correct posture formation, invite your child to push up from the sofa or chair without bending their legs. After that, he must lower his head down and bend his back inward as much as possible.
You can play the game “Cockroach” with your baby. To do this, sit him on the floor so that he rests on his hands behind his back. The child needs to raise the pelvis as much as possible and, leaning on his arms and legs, begin to move around the room.
An interesting and entertaining activity can be the game “Carousel”, in which the participation of an adult is required. For example, dad should clasp his hands in the lock and put them behind his head. The task of the child is to hang on his arms, clasping his hands in the lock. After that, the father with the child carefully begins to move in a circle, turning first in one direction and then in the other.
In order to involve all organs, it is better to perform tasks in a complex. The kid can do them in the following sequence:
- Raise your arms above your head and spread your fingers. Standing on your toes, you need to pull yourself up as much as possible and take a breath. As you exhale, take a starting position.
- Place your hands at the seams, feet shoulder-width apart. As you inhale, you need to slowly squat, stretching your arms in front of you. Then, on exhalation, you should sharply straighten, returning to the starting position.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart and put your hands on your belt. At the expense of the parents, the baby should turn his body alternately, then to the left, then to the right, making a clap over his head. During the clap – inhale, in the starting position – exhale.
- The kid needs to make several jumps on 2 legs, then on the left and on the right. At the end, there should be jumps on both legs, combined with turns in different directions.
- At the final stage, the preschooler should walk a little.
If some task is not given to the child or he does not want to complete it, then do not insist on it. The kid should feel comfortable, return to the task at hand in a few days.
Go in for sports with a preschooler, this is necessary for his harmonious development.
