Gymnastic exercises on the Swedish wall for children: what you can do
Exercises on the wall bars for kids are more fun than sports. Even toddlers who have not yet learned to walk will definitely pay attention to the simulator. Playfully, with the help of the sports complex installed in the room, they will be able to learn the basics of physical culture.
Gymnastic exercises for children
Parents who want to see their children growing up healthy and physically developed should instill in them a love of sports from an early age. The Swedish wall installed at home will be a great start, if not a sports career, then a healthy and happy life.
The first rule that parents must learn: do not leave the baby alone with the sports complex. No matter how nimble and strong a son or daughter may be, in order to avoid injury, they should practice on the Swedish wall in the presence of adults.
“Sport forms a culture of optimism, a culture of cheerfulness” A.V. Lunacharsky.
The second thing to consider: the set of exercises should correspond to the age of the baby. What works for a 3-year-old can negatively affect the health of a 10-month-old.
What exercises can be done depending on age
You can start exercising on the simulator from 10 months. The kid needs:
- parental safety net;
- mat at the base of the simulator;
- height not exceeding 1,2 m;
- the interval between steps is not more than 20 cm;
- the diameter of the bars is up to 3 cm.
Up to 1,5 years, exercises should be introductory. The kid must learn to grab the bars, hold their weight, reach for the bars and stand on their legs with their help. This is enough to get you started.
At the age of 1,5, active knowledge of the surrounding world begins. It’s time to teach your kid to be organized. Charging should take 15-20 minutes and should be done at the same time every day. With the help of the Swedish wall, you can do the following exercises:
- hanging in his arms,
- bridge,
- climbing stairs
- squat on the ladder.
All this develops dexterity, flexibility and acts prophylactically, protecting the baby from flat feet and other deviations.
By the age of 3, the set of exercises should be complicated. Toddlers have been spending a lot of time in sedentary activities. Now sports will help them to form the correct posture. It is recommended to do:
- pull-ups,
- springy slopes on one leg,
- swing legs in a hanging position,
- leg raises at right angles, etc.
By the age of 3 years, the baby should be accustomed to sports, take the initiative and understand how important it is to take time for exercise every day.
With the help of the wall bars, you can prepare your baby for more difficult physical activities that await him in the future, and not only at school.
