Didula: biography, personal life
Valery Mikhailovich Didyulya was born on January 24, 1969 (zodiac sign – Aquarius) in Grodno, Belarus.
I first heard Didula in 2005. I was delighted with the beautiful oriental melody “Arabica”. The question arose: “Who is the author? What music is this?” In those days, he was not known to everyone.
Imagine, I was very surprised when I found out that the author is from Belarus! The music is oriental and Spanish! Valery lived in Spain for several years, studying flamenco music there.
Didyulya is an ancient Belarusian surname and at the same time the stage name of the author. His name is Valery, but the musician prefers to be called DiDuLey.
And a year later, in our city of Taganrog, a concert took place, where I met live with the work of this talented guitarist and composer. A stunning and unforgettable concert! Show concert! The maestro gave all his best completely and without a trace!
The audience gave a standing ovation! A stormy ocean of applause and shouts: “Bravo! Bravo!” The audience didn’t want to leave! That evening Didula won my heart! A year later, there was another concert in the same place and at the same hour, but the hall could no longer accommodate everyone – the popularity of the musician had grown so much. In just a year!
Personal life
The door to the musician’s personal life is closed for everyone! From an interview: “My personal life is such a territory, such a quiet haven of mine, where I do not let anyone in. I chose this position a long time ago and, even if they ask me, I never answer personal questions.
Of course, a musician can speak not only with music. For example, we have an amazing show: madness of light, bright costumes, incredible dynamics in emotions. I am a closed person and splash out on stage.
And my house is in a very restrained style, no bright colors. In life, I do not commit crazy actions, I do not speak harsh words, I do not conflict with anyone.
But on stage for me there are no frames, there I break away and do what I lack in everyday life. Namely, insanity is not enough for me. I feel myself for 20 years and live with this feeling, I do such things. And it helps me to light up and jump around the stage. ”
He has not parted with a guitar since he was five. His mother noticed that he was not indifferent to musical instruments and it was then that she gave her son a small guitar. Diduli’s music heals people!
The music is beautiful, calm and rhythmic. The very first works: “Flamenco” (2000), “The Road to Baghdad” (2002), the collection “Thebest” (2003) began to sound more often in places of relaxation, in the process of treating various diseases.
The musician quickly gained popularity. His new music albums were born. After the concerts, the audience approached the virtuoso guitarist and thanked him for the music, said that they began to feel much better spiritually and physically!
