In this week’s meditation, we say goodbye to 2019 and we welcome 2020. Because we started a new Year And, like any new beginning, it is a new opportunity to stop, reflect and start over.

The beginnings of the cycle are good opportunities to savor the significant experiences that occurred, each of the experiences that shaped your path and those that were the foundations of the present learning. Reflect to learn from what has been lived.

Thank and give them the value they deserve as experiences of your own history and also to let go. Release clings, worries, past. Because we need to let go to receive, to feel that we are empty to continue filling and nourishing ourselves with new experiences that are yet to come.

In this meditation I invite you to receive them with openness and enthusiasm. To receive them awake, together with a strong, resilient mind and heart that accompany you in each new experience. At every new opportunity. With the atención that, at every moment, deserves your life, your experiences, your choices.
