In situations of difficulty like the one we are currently experiencing due to the threat of the coronavirus, we can feel more vulnerable, insecure and at the same time, without realizing it, we can demand to be powerful and even not feeling affected by what is happening. However, power accept our emotional reaction Given what happens, it will be essential to be able to go through this stage from the kindness y self-care. It will be essential for our well-being.

In situations where you feel yourself confused, with fear, sad or with anxiety kindness with oneself becomes a necessary task for our health and emotional balance. It is not selfishness, it is feeling the inner warmth of love that we all need.

We are not superheroes, only human persons who, like all beings, have our strong parts and our most sensitive and vulnerable parts and, all of them, are fine. We do not have to change them but we need to learn to integrate, accept and welcome them.

That is why, in this week’s meditation, we will train the kindness towards oneself in difficult situations.
