Guided meditation How to train resilience in a month of uncertainty
The psychologist Belén Colomina, an expert in mindfulness, provides in this guided meditation session the keys to train constructive acceptance in a month full of restlessness and unease

We start a new course, new straight. It is an uncertain month where everything planned is full of uncertainty. Work, school, health, all the areas in which we need to feel fullfilment of security requirements they can be tinged with many fluctuating emotions, insecurity. However, we can learn great things from this peculiar beginning of the course. We can learn to surf the uncertainty, go beyond expectations to adjust them to the reality that emerges at every moment. Flow between the dance of what we had planned, what we want and what actually happens.
Learn to provide the opportunity to observe without judgment to really, with whatever arises, actively build the best present.
And this is not resigning but training a great ability of the human being, resilience.
A skill in which we increase our ability to face and get out of difficult moments having learned from them. Being stronger.
And in the meditation this week we invite you to train her.
