Guided meditation How to lower the level of demand with yourself

The demands often respond to a “it should” little integrated into our day-to-day reality. Many people, during confinement and the start of the de-escalation, have been forced to “be strong”, to “be fine”, to “be able to do everything” … They have juggled with work, with family conciliation, with fear, worry and uncertainty and now, exhausted, they feel the need to “have a good time”, too, on vacation.
Learning to make them more flexible, adjusting them to the possibilities and reality of each one’s present, without stereotypes or misaligned expectations, is very important for self-care. Why listen to us, allow us to rest and attend at our own pace, will allow us to change them for an “I want” that makes it possible to carry them out with the efficiency that a demand does not allow us because we will change the punishment for a reinforcement of accompaniment to ourselves.
